Our CMS caters for both large and small companies. Smaller companies want the ability to add/edit or delete pages and immediately see the result on the live website. Large companies on the other hand, have websites with hundreds or thousands of pages that require daily maintanence, and therefore would need a system in place where managers can approve or reject page changes before appearing on the site.

With just a click of a button, workflow can be enabled, allowing users to add or edit content but prevent them from seeing those changes until a manager has approved them. Everytime a change is made, one or more managers will be notified via email, requesting them to login and either reject or publish the change. If at a later stage a company wishes to make immediate changes to their website and forgo the approval system, then they can simply disable workflow in the settings section. Easy!
